Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These terms apply to every purchase of software and licenses on appconcept.net (currently: OxynCloud).
2. Reseller (Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, collects the applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms shown at checkout.
3. Product
Our products are downloadable software (source code) that you install on your own server. Before buying, you can test their features on the live demo linked from each product page. The technical requirements are listed on each product page and in its documentation.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the website and at checkout, where taxes are added according to your country. Payment is made once, by the methods offered by Lemon Squeezy (card, PayPal, Apple Pay…). No subscription is involved.
5. Delivery
Right after payment you receive by email a download link and your license key. They are also available in your Lemon Squeezy customer account.
6. License, updates and support
The software is licensed, not sold: your rights are described in the License. Each license includes 12 months of free updates and 6 months of email support (contact@appconcept.net), starting from the purchase date.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As digital content supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download is available. Our voluntary Refund policy still applies.
8. Liability
The software is provided "as is". You are responsible for your hosting, backups, legal obligations towards your own users and the content they store. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact us first at contact@appconcept.net: we will always try to find an amicable solution.
