License

This license applies to every software sold on appconcept.net (OxynCloud). Each software is protected by copyright. Buying a license gives you the right to use the software under the terms below; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Single site license

• Install the software on one production domain (subdomains of that domain included).
• Unlimited installations on local or staging environments (localhost, test servers) for development.

Developer license

• Install the software on up to five production domains, for yourself or for your clients.
• Each client installation counts as one domain. Your client must not resell or redistribute the software.

What both licenses allow

• Commercial use, including charging your own users for storage plans and running ads on your site.
• Modifying the source code and the design, and using your own brand name and logo.

What is not allowed

• Redistributing, reselling, sharing or publishing the source code, in whole or in part, modified or not, free or paid.
• Selling the software or a derivative as a script, template or "white label" product to other customers.
• Removing or bypassing the license verification.

Moving to another domain

Changed domain? Write to contact@appconcept.net with your license key: we free the old domain so you can activate the new one.

Third-party components

Our software may include open-source components (for example pdf.js, marked or Tailwind CSS) that remain the property of their authors and are distributed under their own licenses, listed in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md file of each product.
