14-day refund guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if the software does not work as described on this website and we are unable to fix the problem.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to contact@appconcept.net with your order number and a description of the problem (error message, hosting, PHP version).
2. We first try to solve it with you — most installation problems are fixed within a day.
3. If we cannot fix it, we approve the refund. It is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Cases not eligible

• Your server does not meet the requirements listed on the website.
• You changed your mind, bought by mistake a feature that is not described, or no longer need the product.
• The problem comes from code modifications or third-party services you configured.
• The request is made more than 14 days after the purchase.

When a refund is granted, the license is revoked and the software must be removed from your servers.
